Renovation of a medical facility in Lewisburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This project consists of removal of approximately 14,925 SF of EPDM roof membrane and insulation down to the existing metal deck on the original building-not the additions. The existing standing seam metal roofing and rooftop equipment are to remain. The new work will consist of installing rigid insulation over the existing metal deck and adhering 60-mil EPDM roof membrane along with all associated metal flashing. The West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine reserves the right to cancel, accept or reject proposals on each item separately or as a whole, to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities or irregularities and to contract in the best interest of the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine.
