Site work and paving for a civil project in Greenwood, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project involves full depth pavement replacement along Honey Creek Road from Stones Crossing Road to Honey Creek, replacement of the culvert at Honey Creek, replacement of a secondary culvert located just south of Honey Creek, installation of storm sewer infrastructure and the addition of HMA paths on both sides of the roadway. The project also includes an alternate bid to extend a sanitary sewer located on the north side of Cutsinger Road, east of Honey Creek Road, near Fire Station 93. All work is specified in the Construction Schedule and Specifications for said project. Contract for the project may be awarded at the Board of Public Works and Safety Meeting at 5:30 P.M. on May 16, 2022. The bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or acceptable bid bond, in a sum of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total base bid amount. A performance bond equal to the contract price and a payment bond to insure the payment of any subcontractors, contract laborers, material suppliers and persons furnishing services will be required upon award of contract.
