All bidders must comply with the requirements contained in the contract documents. These can only be obtained through the electronic tendering system (SEAO) at www.seao.ca or by calling 514 856-6600 for residents of the Montreal area and at the toll-free number 1 866 669-7326 for residents living outside Attention : Note that only the documents required by the Company under the terms of this call for tenders must be submitted with the tender, so as to avoid any situation which would lead to the tender being restrictive or conditional. Recommendation for submission of tenders electronically In order to preserve the health of the personnel of its organization, the Company is implementing preventive measures to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, the Company strongly recommends that bidders submit their bid electronically through the electronic bidding system. Authorization to contract/certificate from Revenu Québec It is strongly suggested that bidders make their request for a certificate from Revenu Québec and, if applicable, their request for authorization to contract with the Autorité des marchés publics as soon as possible, in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents, in order to to ensure that these requirements are met before the deadline date and time indicated in the Instructions to tenderers and/or in the Additional Instructions . Non-participation in the call for tenders Any person or company that has obtained the contractual documents and does not submit a bid undertakes to complete the "Non-participation questionnaire" form included in the contractual documents and send it to the Company at the address of following email: infosoumissionDILLL@sqi.gouv.qc.ca . CONTRACT LENGTH The services covered by this call for tenders are required for a period of 36 months, starting July 1 , 2022. INFORMATION Tenderers who wish to receive clarifications concerning the call for tenders must communicate in writing to the e-mail address designated below, taking care to mention the contract number, and this, maximum three working days before the date . and the deadline for receipt of tenders . If such a request for clarification is received two working days or less before the deadline date and time for receipt of tenders, the Company reserves the right not to consider it.
