Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Tooele, Utah. Working plans call for the remodel of a clubhouse / community center; and clubhouse / community center.
This project is currently on hold, as the contractor is working to become on budget. The project consists of the conversion of the existing Harris Elementary School to a Community Resource Center (CRC). The project includes demolition of the North classroom wing portion of the original building; renovation of the remaining building to the CRC which will include sleeping areas, day use spaces, childcare, dining, exercise area and community center. Project will consist of interior and exterior finishes, mechanical, plumbing and electrical upgrades and improvements. Seismic Upgrades will be necessary, scope is still being defined and will be sent at a later date. Site and Civil sheets are for reference only and will be by others. This bid is for CRC Building related work only. *This project is being bid by invitation only.
