Heritage PS, Caughey PS, Lancaster PS Improvements, Asbury, Peach Street and Greenley Modifications, Grubb and Echo Hills PS Improvements Work under this Contract covers the furnishing of all labor, material, plant, utilities, and services required for the construction of improvements to the Heritage Pump Station, Caughey Pump Station, Lancaster Pump Station, Asbury Pump Station, Peach Street Backflow Pit and Pump Station, Greeley Backflow Enclosure, Echo Hills Pump Station, Grubb Road Pump Station, and the Depot Road Pump Station. Clarification Deadline 5/6/2022 4:30 Pm ENGINEER will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such Addenda, as ENGINEER considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference. Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days after the time of the opening of the bids. Prior to bid award, the successful Contractor shall submit an EVerify Program Verification in compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act 127 of 2012. A certified check payable to the Erie Water Works or a bid bond on the bid form executed by the Bidder and a surety company approved by the OWNER, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of bid, must be submitted with each bid or bids will be considered nonresponsive and immediately rejected. Successful Bidding Bidder awarded this contract shall provide a performance surety in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. Erie Water Works Reserves the Right to Award or to Reject Any and/or All Portions There of Proposals Submitted, and to Waive Informalities in the Bidding Process if in the Best Interest of the Authority.
