The City invites Proposals from qualified contractors for the supply of all labour, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, traffic control, and all things necessary for the completion of Road Chip Sealing Services, on an, as and when required basis. The technique shall consist of the application of a selected asphalt emulsion and embedment of the selected aggregate to provide a new, uniformly textured surface.
