Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fairfield, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

It is the intent of the drawings and specifications to provide for the pavement resurfacing of Grand Park Drive, Little Fawn, East Adams Avenue, Orchard Place, Merrill Avenue, and 12th Street. The project will also include sidewalk improvements, utility adjustments, and patching. The bids will be considered by the City Council during their meeting beginning at 7:00 P.M. on May 23, 2022 The project consists of the following items and approximate quantities: 136 S.Y. of patches, full depth repair; 1,360 S.Y. of pavement scarification; 630 ton of HMA, Standard Traffic, Intermediate; 665 ton of HMA, Standard Traffic, Surface; HMA pavement testing; 68 S.Y. of sidewalk removal; 70 S.Y. of sidewalk, PCC, 4"; fertilizing, seeding, and mulching; and miscellaneous appurtenant work usually associated with a street improvement project.
