Site work and paving for a civil project in Sioux City, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project is located on Pierce Street from 5th Street to 7th Street and includes the replacement of the existing watermain from 5th Street to 7th Street, abandonment of combined sewers, and replacement of street paving for utility repairs. The Contractor shall perform everything required to be performed and shall provide and furnish all of the labor, materials, necessary tools, expendable equipment and complete in a workmanlike manner all the work required in connection with the construction of the Pierce Street Water Main Replacement (5th Street to 7th Street) Project in Sioux City, Iowa, all in strict accordance with the 2022 version of the Iowa Statewide Urban Design and Specifications (SUDAS), as further modified by the 2022 version of the Sioux City Supplement to SUDAS, and Special Provisions included in said contract documents; and in strict compliance with the Contractor bid and the other contract documents herein mentioned which are a part of this Contract; and the Contractor shall do everything required by this Contract and the other documents constituting a part thereof.
