Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Valleyview, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Work at this site includes the removal and disposal of the existing 2610 x 2877 mm SPCSP culvert with a 47 m invert length and the installation of a new 3360 mm SPCSP culvert with a 55.47 m invert length. The crossing is located on a local road over Boulder Creek, 28 km northeast of Valleyview. Without limiting the provisions of these Specifications and Contract, the Scope of Work at this site shall include the following: Traffic Accommodation Demolition and Disposal of Bridge Structure Excavation Care of Water SPCSP Supply SPCSP Assembly Backfill Roadway Work Supply and Placement of Class 2 Heavy Rock Riprap Supply and Installation of Rock Lined Ditch Drains (Class 1M) Supply and Installation of Erosion Control Soil Covering (Type C) Supply and Installation of Erosion Control Barrier (Straw Fibre Roll) Supply and Installation of Erosion Control Barrier (Silt Fence) Documents can be obtained from https://mpaeng.bidsandtenders.ca/
