The Council for the Town of Lampman are inviting companies to tender for the building of a Therapeutic Park on 2nd Ave. E in Lampman Sask. The size of the Park area is approximately 100' x 100' Water Feature: - Supply & install 20' x 20 'ponds with 20 foot stream and three waterfalls with bridge - Supply and install 100 ft of white PVC fence along North side of landscaped area - Supply & install perennials, shrubs and trees through out landscape area. Planting areas are as follows, bee garden, butterfly garden indigenous garden which will include sage, sweet grass, tobacco seeds and will incorporate a medicine wheel - Supply & and install mulch, rock and lighting, and drip irrigation for all plants throughout the landscape as shown in the design. - Supply & install cement walkways throughout landscape, which will be wheel chair accessible. - Supply Gazebo, benches and any other plants, trees or materials as per attached design. - Supply power where required - Supply Woven Geotextile where required. - Town will supply water source for drip irrigation. Tenders shall be all inclusive - including landscaping, materials and labour. Completion date must be before October 15, 2022. Upon notification of successful tender, the contractor will be expected to provide surety documents or a performance bond of 25% of the total tendered price.
