Repair of the concrete slab, an iron staircase and 2 doors. Installation of valves on heaters in classrooms. No other visit will be made and bidders may not, under any circumstances, present themselves on site at any time other than the date and time set for the site visit. Bidders are responsible for informing themselves and adequately assessing the nature and scope of the work as well as being aware of the locations and conditions affecting the execution of the work. All bidders will be deemed to have visited the premises and no claim for lack of knowledge of the premises can be submitted or accepted. The owner does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
