Renovation of a municipal facility in Vista, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Vista Irrigation District will be accepting proposals from qualified contractors to design, procure and install a comprehensive audio-visual (AV) system n the District Board Room. Statement of Work (SOW) for Board Room AV Project 2022 The District plans to improve and upgrade the existing AV system in the Board Room, which is used for public meetings. The system should allow: 1. State-of-the-art equipment to allow for a mix of wireless and wired capabilities. Modern meeting and collaboration application services will be fully integrated into the solution (e.g. Zoom, Teams, etc.). System should also integrate with audio recording software (e.g. JCG Technologies, etc.) used for the preparation of meeting minutes development. Dual recording capabilities if possible, also through meeting software (e.g. Zoom, Teams, etc.) would be desirable, as backup in case one method fails. 2. Audio equipment requirements: a. Audio controller and amplifier to power entire room. If possible, update existing speakers to provide audio to the entire room to have much louder capabilities than currently available. b. Work with existing ceiling mounted speakers (current speakers are all still in working order). c. Dais requirements include upgrading/replacing two to three presenter stations; replacing 13 gooseneck style microphones around the dais and at the presenter’s table. d. Wireless assisted listening devices.
