Provide new district wide clock systems as per specifications 2. Provide all new headend equipment as required, equipment should be housed in the MDF's at the school. Multipurpose Building (MPC) Accepted Bidders will be required, as a condition precedent to award of Contract, to furnish, satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond and Certificates of Insurance as required in the Project Manual Project is subject to state sales and/or use taxes and Bidder is required to include such taxes in its Bid Proposal. All bidders are required to prequalify to the requirements described in Document 002113- Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must be pre-qualified for this bid package by Barton Malow Builders and Owner before document distribution or receipt of bids per the Instructions to Bidders. Barton Malow Builders and Owner reserve the right to request qualification forms or additional information from any Bidder before issuing Bidding Documents, receiving Bid Proposals, or awarding the Agreement.
