DESCRIPTION: The Work consists of civil and landscape work as indicated on the bidding documents for Project 2021 G.O.B. High School Site Improvements. Work includes asphalt paving of the existing softball field parking lot, concrete paving at the softball field and concrete exterior stair replacement. TYPE OF BID: The Work will be for a stipulated sum. Construction shall be in full accordance with the Bidding Documents prepared by Odle McGuire Shook, Indianapolis, Indiana and its consultants dated April 22, 2022. BID SECURITY: Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid shall accompany each Bid. Bid security may be in the form of a Bid Bond (A310), certified check or cashiers check. BONDS: The successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance & Payment Bonds for 100% of the Contract Sum prior to execution of Contracts. RIGHT TO REJECT BID PROPOSALS: The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid and to waive any irregularities in bidding.
