Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the inscription Quai Vale Perkins - Redevelopment of the entrance and the tenderer must be clearly identified therein. The plans and specifications as well as the submission form can only be obtained from the Electronic Tender System at the following address website. To be considered, any tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee as described in article IV-1.1 of the Notice to tenderers of standard BNQ 1809-900/2019. The bid, the guarantee that must accompany it and all the other documents to be provided will be deemed valid for a period of 120 days. The tenderer must take this obligation into account when having the documents in question completed by others. Only bonds issued by companies holding an insurer's license in Canada will be accepted under the terms of the call for tenders document.
