Rowan Water Inc will be accepting statements of qualifications and proposals for the Rowan Water Inc. East Clack Mountain Water Main Extension Project for engineering services and equipment for the purposes of extending potable drinking water to the customers in the East Clack Mountain Road Area. Rowan Water Inc reserves the right to reject any and all responses, to waive any technicalities, and to negotiate with the respondent who most nearly meets the project requirements. Rowan Water Inc is not responsible or liable for any costs incurred by the consultants replying to this request.
