Tender documents The tender documents, and any addendum modifying them, can only be obtained through the Electronic Tendering System. APPLICABLE AGREEMENTS CFTA - Canadian Free Trade Agreement, ACCQO - Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario, AQNB - Agreement to liberalize public procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick Other Only contractors holding, where applicable, the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, c. B-1.1) will be considered for the awarding of the contract . Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender.
