Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Texarkana, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Texarkana Independent School District is requesting proposals for Net Replacement for Drop Down Batting Cage. This is a turnkey replacement, all labor, material, tools, equipment, supplies, and insurance are required to be provided by the awarded vendor. The awarded vendor will work with the District's Athletic and Maintenance Departments to schedule an appropriate period of time for the on-site work as to prevent interruption of the regularly scheduled student activities. Enclosed are some photographs of the batting cage and its netting. Approximate exterior measurements are 68 ft. length x 28 ft. wide x 31 ft. high, rectangle, and interior center divider section is 66 ft. long x 31 ft. high. The top of the cage is also netted. Two entrances must be included in the replacement similar to what is there now. It is the responsibility of the vendor to verify measurements for the proposal and the awarded vendor's responsibility to provide the appropriate amount of netting necessary for replacement. Additional repair or maintenance work may be included in under this proposal, if necessary, and agreed to by both parties.
