Site work for a water / sewer project in West Liberty, Kentucky. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City of West Liberty will be accepting statements of qualifications and proposals for the City of West Liberty Branch Street and Henry Street Line Replacement Project for engineering services and equipment for the purposes of upgrading clay tile line located on Branch and Henry Street to HDPE pipe, sewer taps being made, and installation of manholes. The City of West Liberty reserves the right to reject any and all responses, to waive any technicalities, and to negotiate with the respondent who most nearly meets the project requirements. The City of West Liberty is not responsible or liable for any costs incurred by the consultants replying to this request.
