The Texarkana Independent School District is requesting proposals for stage rigging maintenance and repair for its stage inside the John Thomas Theatre of the Texas High School's Sullivan Performing Arts Center (PAC), located at 4001 Summerhill Road, Texarkana, Texas 75503. A safety inspection was completed in July 2021 and part of the report is attached. The items identified in the report as needing maintenance or repair is the reason this proposal is being solicited. This is a turnkey project, all labor, material, tools, equipment, supplies, and insurance are required to be provided by the awarded vendor. The awarded vendor will work with the District's PAC staff and Maintenance Department to schedule the exact period of time work will take place. Work may be completed during the period June 13 to July 29, 2022.
