The term of this contract will be for the fiscal year of 2022-23 to fiscal year 2024-25. Prices are to remain fixed for this contract period. Work is to consist of plumbing jobs as required by the City of Adrian. Work may be performed at any of the city owned buildings and/or properties. Work shall consist of, but not be limited to, internal sewer lateral and drain cleaning, sewer ejector pump repair, toilet and faucet leaks, installation of new plumbing, etc. Proof of Michigan Workers Compensation coverage Work shall commence within 24 hours of original call. The City will reimburse for a 1-person crew unless preapproved by Director of requesting department. All repairs shall be approved by the City of Adrian prior to completion. The City of Adrian reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities. The City of Adrian has a local preference policy. No contract shall be made with any person, firm or corporation in default of the city.
