Renovation of an educational facility in Repentigny, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Replacement of expansion compensators at Jean-Baptiste-Meilleur school. The work consists of replacing the existing compensators with new ones, replacing and installing new isolation valves, removing asbestos from the piping and all the work indicated in the specifications. TIMELINE: Due to budget overruns the owner has not accepted any of bids submitted to the tender for sub trade contractor 21-22-42 and cancelled it. The owner is seeking additional funding. If/when a new tender for this project is issued, it will be followed in a new separate report. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
