Renovation of a mixed-use development in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and theater / auditorium.
Projected Award Date: May 17, 2022 The project includes but is not limited to: 1. Replacement of existing lighting with new LED lighting at Main building in the second and third floor corridor of B-Wing and the second floor corridor between B-Wing and C-Wing. 2.
