LOCATION OF WORK: Within the City-owned property for the future overpass of the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) railroad corridor and Porter Road, connecting Parkway Boulevard to Pitt School Road, in the City of Dixon, Solano County. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Construction of the western embankment and drainage improvements of the future Parkway Boulevard Railroad Grade Separation Project. Work includes all equipment, labor and materials necessary to grade and compact the embankment and install drainage improvements. The Engineer's Estimate for this project is $2,531,000. All bids will be considered for award by the City of Dixon City Council at their regular meeting on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 All questions prior to the deadline for bid submission shall be directed to the attention of Carl Walker,Harrris and Associates at carl.walker@wearharris.com Deadline for questions : 5 pm,May 5,2022 10% bid bond 100% payment and performance bond All works shall be completed no later than 80 working days The City reserves rights to reject any and all bids,waive any irregularities or informality in the bids, to make any award in what it alone deems to be in the best interest of the City, and to reject the bid of any bidder who has been delinquent or unfaithful in any former with the City of Dixon All Work shall be completed no later than EIGHTY (80) WORKING DAYS
