Remodeling of a municipal facility in Lac du Flambeau, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
As of 07/22/2022 Project already awarded but Award information currently not available. Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians will receive sealed proposals from qualified and experienced independent construction contractors to perform interior renovation services within the Tribe's Food Distribution Building, to create office space and reception and storage areas within a warehouse portion of the facility. Additionally, limited exterior construction will be necessary and will include installation of windows and a door. All labor, materials and equipment are to be provided by the successful bidder, except that the Tribe shall be responsible for HVAC. The Food Distribution Building houses the Tribe's Food Distribution Program, and is located at 220 Industrial Park Road in Lac du Flambeau, Wisconsin. Contract Completion Not later than September 1, 2022
