Proposals for developing a Stormwater Master Plan for the Klamath County Drainage Service District The proposals will be reviewed and evaluated by a Klamath County appointed Selection Committee. It is estimated the duration of this project will be between 15 and 20 months with Consultant fees in the range of $225,000 to $275,000. Additional on-call services are requested for a term of 48 months and may be offered to multiple consultants with no defined fee. Klamath County Public Works (KCPW) may reject any and all proposals upon a finding of KCPW that it is in the public interest to do so. KCPW also reserves the right to waive any informalities in any proposal and to delete certain items listed in the proposal as set forth herein. Proposals received after the time established for receiving proposals will not be considered. Klamath County programs, services and activities are open to all persons without regard to race, sex, age, handicap, religion, ethnic background or national origin.
