The cut off for RFIs is Thursday, May 12, 2022 by 3:00 PM EST in order to process all inquiries by the proposal due date. IF FUNDS ARE NOT AVILABLE, NO AWARD WILL BE MADE AS RESULT OF THIS SOLICITATION. OFFERORS WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED FOR ANY EFFORT OR PROPOSAL COSTS RESULTING FROM THIS SOLICITATION. The work includes repair of buildings AS903 and AS805. Exterior renovations at both buildings include replacing the roofs, and repairing as necessary and painting exterior finishes. Replace all windows and
exterior doors. Interior renovations include new finishes. Replace interior doors, paint previously painted surfaces, remove/fill-in existing floor trenches and provide new flooring, new suspended ceilings, new
lighting, new electrical devices, new HVAC, new plumbing fixtures and new fire protection systems. Provide repairs to the existing parking areas and building access roads at both AS805 and AS903 to include full depth repair and new asphalt surface and incidental related work.
