Renovation of an educational facility in Kalispell, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of May 26, 2022, project was awarded to Contract Design Associates, awarded amount is $271,507.22. No faxed, emailed, incomplete or late bids will be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter in the adjacent Boardroom #140 in Blake Hall. All sealed bids must be clearly marked, "FVCC College Center FF&E." All sealed bids must be submitted fully as outlined; segregated bids will not be accepted. All relative state bidding requirements apply. The work includes; Purchase, receive, delivery, assemble and install of new furniture for the Performing Arts & College Center currently being built. According to the schedule supplied by the owner, construction is expected to be complete as of August 12th, 2022. Substantial completion of the building is expected to follow approximately one month later. As such, the targeted date for delivery and installation of the new furniture will be August 29th - September 2nd 2022. As of the bid date, the exact schedule has not been determined. The successful Vendor(s) will need to deliver, assemble and install the furniture in the allotted time. Vendors are encouraged to access any and all available educational purchasing contracts in order to assure the most competitive pricing for the bids. Bids are to include Montana Gross Contractors Receipts Tax
