2022 Pavement Repair Project No.: TR220101 Project Description: The work to be performed under these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for construction of the 2022 Pavement Repair Project. This project intends to perform full-depth pavement repair areas on various roadways within the City of Mukilteo. Specific work includes, but is not limited to: HMA pavement repair, crack sealing, utility lid adjustment, and traffic control. Bid Bond Required: Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of such bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid bond shall be forfeited to the City of Mukilteo. The City of Mukilteo reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in the bidding documents, and after careful consideration of all bids and factors involved, make the award to best serve the interests of the City of Mukilteo.
