Renovation of a hospitality development in St Clr Shores, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a hospitality development; and hospitality development.
The project consists of painting the interior of the St. Clair Shores Blossom Heath Inn as described on the attached plans, located at 24800 Jefferson, St. Clair Shores, MI 48081. The successful Bidder shall use Benjamin Moore Ultra Spec Scuff-X paint in a finish to be decided at the time colors are chosen. The Ballroom ceiling and areas on the second floor where new plaster is work is being done shall be primed in oil based paint. Two coats of paint are required on all surfaces being painted and shall be done with brushes and rollers. On the heavy textures surfaces in the ballroom and first floor corridor spray painting is acceptable. Contractor will be responsible for cleaning all surfaces of moisture, dirt, oil, grease, rust and other foreign matter prior to painting. Interior painting, drywall/plaster repairs and installation and some electrical work as detailed in the plans and specifications for Blossom Heath Inn.
