Renovation of a water / sewer project in Whistler, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) is inviting qualified contractors (proponents) to provide bids for the Sludge Solids Storage roof replacement at the Waste Water Treatment Plant. The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: .1 Removal and disposal of wire-mesh reinforced concrete topping at main roof area. .2 Removal and disposal of both existing roof assemblies down to structural concrete slab as indicated on the Drawings. .3 Installation of a new conventional roof assembly at both roof areas as per the Drawings. .4 Installation of corrugated metal siding and vapour permeable membrane over the CMU wall at the north side of the roof. Award amount was not released for publication.
