Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Marion, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Owner is issuing this request for qualifications (RFQ) to hire an Owner's Representative that will be responsible to complete all needed engineering services on the following project: 1. Evaluate the condition of existing parking lots and driveways on County-owned properties. There are approximately 15 sites that will be evaluated. 2. Work with the Owner to develop resurfacing/improvement plans for each location. 3. Assist the Owner with resurfacing/improvement bids. 4. Provide project administration for the resurfacing/improvement project in coordination with the Owner. The full range of professional services will be further defined during project development, but may include the following: preliminary reports, design, bidding/negotiation, construction administration, resident project representation, al, special inspections, etc. Questions regarding the project or these requirements shall be directed to Lake Silver, Management Assistant Email: lake.silver@mcdowellgov.com Phone: 828-652-2976 The Owner will expect the following insurance coverage during the life of the potential contract: Professional Error& Omissions, Automobile Liability, Commercial General Liability, Worker's Compensation, etc. with minimum limits of $1,000,000.00.
