The purpose of this solicitation is to secure a (1) one year contract with two (2) one year renewals for mowing at five (5) Areas for the City of Greensboro's Parks and Recreation Department per the attached specifications. Although the City tries to maintain continuous access to the GePS website, service may be interrupted. Therefore, suppliers are encouraged to submit bids 24 hours before the event closes. The selected Contractor(s) will enter into a contract service agreement with the City to cover the proposed scope of work outlined in Section (2) two of this RFP. The contract term will be for one (1) year with two (2) one year renewal options. Services shall begin approximately on May 23, 2022 (or upon the notice to proceed) through May 22, 2025.
