This project, located in Garrett County, is for the resurfacing of I-68 Eastbound and safety improvements of I-68 from 1.01 miles West of MD 546 to the Allegany County Line. The exact location of each project site is indeterminate at the time of the bidding. Work will be performed as directed and may or may not be on a continual basis. Pre-Bid Conference: A Pre Bid Conference will not be held for this project Minimum wage rates for each Project, if applicable, have been pre-determined by law and are set forth in the Invitation for Bids (IFB). Bids must only be made upon the latest electronic proposal forms (and attachments) that are furnished by the Administration. In accordance with State Finance and Procurement Title 13 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, no bid, performance or payment bonds are required for bids less than $100,000.00.
