The LAP Project is being readvertised for 15 days. The Office of Program Delivery (OPD) requires additional resources to manage Local Administration Project (LAP) Services and to oversee the sub-recipient local governments on federal and state funded projects. This also includes Transportation Enhancement (TE) and TAP Programs. Under the terms of the resulting Agreement, the selected consultant will provide consultant services, for Local Administration Project (LAP) Program Management Services for the GDOT Projects identified. The anticipated scope of work for the project/contract is included in Exhibit I GDOT anticipates one (1) On-Call Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract to be awarded to one (1) firm, for the project/contract identified. GDOT anticipates that the Payment Type may be Lump Sum, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Cost per Unit of Work or Specific Rate of Compensation. As an On-Call Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract, the Agreement will remain in effect for three (3) years, with the option to extend the contract for up to a maximum of five (5) years. The On-Call, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract will have a minimum dollar amount of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) and a maximum dollar amount of Twenty-Five Million Dollars (25,000.000.00).
