The City of Dover, New Hampshire is requesting bids from qualified contractors to perform Catch Basin Cleaning Services. General information is as follows. The City intends to identify a qualified vendor to remove all water and debris from approximately 1,563 catch basins in the NORTH end of city. Attachment C is a map of the storm water system in the south end and indicates which structures are to be cleaned the summer of 2022. The successful vendor will be allowed to leave their equipment at the Dover Public Works Facility on Mast Road to help facilitate timely, daily operational activities, if they wish. The vendor selected will be responsible for transporting catch basin debris to the City of Dover Dredge-Cell Landfill located off River Street OR to the Waste Water Treatment Plant located at 484 Middle Rd in Dover for proper disposal. All cleaning work is to be completed no later than December 31, 2022. The task shall begin after July 1, 2022 and be completed by December 31, 2022.
