Roadside Treatments: Ditching, Vegetation Establishment The Instruction to Bidders, form of Bid, form of Contract, Drawings, forms of Bid Bond, Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and other contract documents are available for review at the Coweta County Public Works office located at 70 Selt Road, Newnan Georgia, 30263 (770-683-7623) No bid will be accepted from a bidder who has not purchased a set of bid documents from the above- mentioned office. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond prepared on an accepted form, duly executed by the bidder, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. The successful bidder for this contract will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond and labor and material payment bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Owner reserves the right to waive any formality or informality or to reject any or all bids, to evaluate bids, and to accept any bid which in its opinion may be for the best interest of Owner. Owner has the right to add to and delete from the contract once it has been awarded. Award, if award is made, will be to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
