The Cities of Bay City and Saginaw & Bay County are soliciting sealed bid proposals for chemicals used for water and wastewater treatment per specifications found in the bid document. Each City Reserves the Right to Split Said Bid to Their Best Benefit. The Sodium Hypochlorite bid shall be for a 6 month period, from 07/01/2022 thru 12/31/2022, with the Cities of Bay City and Saginaw and Bay County having the option to extend at the same bid price for the second 6 months, from 01/01/2023 to 06/30/2023. Due to the volatility of the market, the Cities of Bay City and Saginaw and Bay County reserve the right to rebid in lieu of extending the accepted bid above. All bidders must enclose a Certificate of Compliance to ANSIINFS Standard 60 with their bid responses. All bidders must enclose a current SDS for the respective chemical.
