The Town of Pulaski is seeking bids for the mowing of selected areas of town owned properties. Bids shall be presented to reflect both a weekly and mowing on a 10 day interval (for 3 times in a 30 day period). Mowing season from April - October. Payment for mowing services will be rendered monthly The areas to be included are as follows: Jackson Park 2 acres Kiwanis Park 2 acres Cool Springs 5.14 acres Heritage Park 4.73 acres 6th St NW 4 corner Park 1.6 acres Valley Street Park .5 acre McGill Park 5.5 acres Community Garden 5.36 acres Rt. 11 Median 5.5 acres End of Rt. 99 (Corp. Limits) Bank on Memorial Drive Banks on Rt. 11/Pico Drive Weeding/trimming both banks First St. NW parking area S. Washington Ave. Prior to the submittal of bids, we request that all interested parties contact Kim Caudill, Department of Public Works to arrange a site visit with Public Works staff of all areas proposed for mowing for any questions. Successful bidder will supply all mowing labor, equipment, traffic safeguards and fuel. Successful bidder will also provide proof of bond/insurance. The Town reserves the right to accept/reject all bids or any portion thereof be it deemed in the best interest of the Town.
