If the guarantee is not provided in the form of security, it must be given by means of a certified check in the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000), payable to the Societe des Etablissements de Plein Air du Quebec ( the "Tender Guarantee"). Description The Society of Outdoor Establishments of Quebec (Sepaq) wishes to retain the services of a supplier interested in providing snow removal for winter roads and parking lots (the "Services") at Parc national du Bic. The Services include the removal and blowing of snow, the supply and spreading of abrasive, the supply and installation of beacons and other related work. The Services must be provided, according to the timetable and the conditions provided for in the Quotation (Appendix A). A map showing the roads and parking lots to be cleared can be found in Appendix C. The tenderer must have the equipment necessary for the performance of the Contract, no later than November 1 , 2022. The Contract will be for a period of three (3) winter seasons, from November 1 , 2022 to October 31, 2025, with a two (2) year renewal option. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Services will be required during the winter season, ie between November 1 and April 30 of each year.
