Bids are requested for the following Contract: Contract #3 Harlow Hill Booster Station Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $250,000.00 The Project has an expected duration of 120 days. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. All iron and steel products used in this project must be produced in the United States. The term iron and steel products means the following products made primarily of iron or steel: lined or unlined pipes and fittings, manhole covers and other municipal castings, hydrants, tanks, flanges, pipe clamps and restraints, valves, structural steel, reinforced precast concrete, and Construction Materials. This Contract contains requirements from these funding agencies. Neither the USDA-RD, nor any of their departments, agencies, or employees is or will be a party to this contract. The word agency in the contract documents refers to these funding agencies. Award of any Contract will be contingent upon final financial agreements between the Town and the funding agencies. The project scope may be adjusted to match available funding.
