Renovation of a fire / police facility in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Remove and replace 3 large dual duct air handlers and 5 hydronic pumps, clean and flush heating and cooling hydronic systems, and replace all associated controls. Remove existing rooftop units TRU-1A and TRU-B Cap existing curbing The project is identified in all correspondence as the Architects (EAPC) Project 20216230. Bids will be single prime lump sum for all work. Alternates are noted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any informality in the bids received and to accept any bid deemed to be most favorable to the interest of the City of Grand Forks. Within seven (7) days after effective date of Agreement, BIDDER shall submit to OWNER a written notice indicating the full project schedule. The entire on-site portion of the project shall be substantially complete and ready for use no later than, January 31, 2023.
