Site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Baltimore, Maryland. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; transportation facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
As of July 7, 2022 This project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. This contract includes the furnishing of all supervision, labor, materials (including furnishing, delivery, testing, sampling/certifying, storage, handling, and installation), equipment, tools, and associated work necessary for the Electric Bus Charging Infrastructure project. The work under this contract includes but is not limited to: erosion and sediment controls, chain-link fence removal, concrete curb removal, fire hydrant removal, full depth asphalt pavement reclamation, concrete pavement installation, installation of Owner provided bus charging stations and associated infrastructure including electrical ductbanks, electrical switchboard, and transformers, installation of prefabricated building, installation of security cameras and site lighting. All work shall be completed in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications; all applicable codes, plans, sketches, and other Contract Documents and any addenda thereto, at locations designated by the Engineer.
