Successful Vendor to provide all necessary Materials, Labor, Tools, Equipment and Permits related to the services. This may result in an exclusive award for Window Cleaning Services at The College campuses or multiple awards to vendors. Through this RFP, The College seeks to: - Obtain information from Vendors about window cleaning options, potential products, equipment, and services. - Identify qualified Vendors wishing to enter into contractual arrangement with The College. - Select the successful Vendor(s). - Specify the conditions that would govern any resulting Contract(s). The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option, at the discretion of the College, to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) one (1) year option terms.
