The job is anticipated to begin in September or October this year.** Sealed proposal(s) for roof replacement work are being accepted by Hopewell City Public Schools for reroofing work at School District Administration Building. Reroof of Hopewell City Public Schools School Board Office Building 103 North 12th Avenue, Hopewell, VA 23860. Sealed proposals will consist of: a. Price and Scope of Work on Company Letterhead b. Proposal Form completed c. Proposed Warranty Samples d. Proposed start and completion date e. Samples and recent Job references/Photos f. Statement of Financial Stability g. Sample Insurance Certificate h. Safety form / experience All questions shall be submitted in writing no later than 5:00 PM on 5/11/2022 to info@roofprocurement.com.
