The City of Durango Colorado, by and through the Grants/Contracts Division, is accepting proposals for Operation and maintenance services for the city's broadcast station DGOV, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in these documents. Bidders wishing to participate should ensure they have all addenda prior to submission of a Bid. Failure to acknowledge receipt of any addenda applicable to this project could result in the rejection of your Bid. This project and any subsequent addenda will be posted on online Buyers Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required The City of Durango seeks to award a contract for services to operate and maintain the city's over the air broadcast television station, Durango Government Television (DGOV). DGOV offers informative and entertaining local programming including City Council meetings, a community bulletin board, and more. The Proposer shall demonstrate excellence in broadcast television standards including a working knowledge of Public Educational and Government (PEG) programming and knowledge of and compliance with FCC licensing and regulations. A demonstrated competency is needed in audio/video, media and broadcast skills. Experience working with local government is a plus.
