The City of Pearland is Requesting Statements of Qualifications (RSOQ) from firms who can adequately demonstrate they have the resources, experience, and qualifications to fulfill the role of Engineering Design Consultant for Engineering and Design Services for Drainage, Utilities, Transportation and Public Facilities. The respondent should highlight its team of in-house professionals within one or more of these specialty fields to provide the above described services in an efficient manner in the best interest of the City of Pearland and that will provide successful, on-time, and on-budget project delivery. Information should be provided for each above specialty services the firm possesses personnel practicing in. Questions regarding electronic submission of the SOQ should be directed to City Purchasing Office at ebids@pearlandtx.gov and reference RFQ #0322-01 From this RSOQ, the City will select a Primary Design Firms for upcoming projects based solely on the firm's qualifications to perform that work. Some projects may ultimately have a Primary Design Firm with sub-consultants under the direction and management of the City's Projects Department. The Primary Design Firm will be responsible for the successful management of their team, preliminary and final design services, bid phase services and limited Construction Phase services for the overall project. In addition, they will be responsible for managing, directing, and coordinating their team of engineering firms as assemble. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
