Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Provide Infrastructure for 73 Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations in Parking Deck 75. This is an Executive Order 80 Project to provide EV charging stations for State-owned plug-in electric vehicles. Location of EV charging stations - lower levels of Parking Deck 75 (downtown Raleigh, between N. Salisbury St and N. McDowell St/Capital Blvd.) Upgrade electric service to Parking Deck 75. Existing service is 480/277V, 400A service. Loads include elevators and lighting. New Service to be 120/208V service, 1600A or 2000A. New service from local electric utility company. Provide 1000 SF electrical room for new electrical switchgear and distribution. Use 1" PVC coated Rigid Steel Conduit (robroy conduit). All panels and disconnects NEMA 4X-Stainless Steel. Provide contactors and controls to enable scheduling hours of use, and/or access control for using charging stations. 40A or 50A circuit breaker for each circuit. Use #8 copper conductors. Includes sitework, utility and landscaping.
