Reference number : 1595709 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-05-11 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope SNOW REMOVAL AND ROAD MAINTENANCE DURING WINTER # 2022 - 01 Is hereby given by the undersigned, Isabelle Plante, director general and clerk-treasurer of the aforementioned municipality, that: The municipality of Sainte-Angele-de-Premont will receive bids in a sealed envelope for snow removal and road maintenance during the winter from the municipality of Sainte-Angele-de-Premont for 1 year with 1 year option or 2 years with 1 year option. The bidder must bid for one and two years, with the one-year option bearing the inscription The Municipality of Sainte-Angele-de-Premont does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s). The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council.
