The bidder must bid for one and two years, with the one-year option bearing the inscription The Municipality of Sainte-Angele-de-Premont does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s). The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council.
